Today was yet another quite boring day. I didn't even get any cute baby pictures :(

In the morning my partner and his sister went to a funeral so William and I were at home alone. We listened to music, danced, screamed and played with mirrors.

In the afternoon we went to the doctors and my little brother has a cough which sound like and asthma cough. If anyone reading this had a similar problem please let me know. We went to the doctors because he had a cough which sounded very similar to an asthma cough but what my mum noticed was that he only coughs after he gets formula milk (she's breastfeeding). He never used to get formula much at all but when he did he would then start coughing. My mum didn't worry about that much at first because she thought it was maybe due to him being used to breastfeeding, etc. She did start to introduce formula more often as from last week though and his cough seemed to have become worse. The doctor we went to really didn't know what it was, and therefore advised us to speak to a health visitor. We were quite lucky because there was actually a baby clinic on so she got to see the health visitor straight away (and may i just say, thank you to the lady who let us go first as my mum was worried in case she didn't make it to school on time to pick my 5 year old brother up).
We spoke to the health visitor but she only advised us to play around with the bottle teats. I did ask if she could get prescription milk to try my little brother, Dominic on but she said that she doesn't think that was necessary.

So, we still don't know what's causing the cough. What we did both think after seeing the doctors though was that, they really should have asked to listen to his chest, etc. Because even though she thought it was due to the milk she could have been wrong.
Either way if any other mums had this experience, please let me know! May i also mention he's 5 months old and the same happened to my little sister, who is now 15 when she was a baby and she had to be on special formula.

Anyway, enough about that. My partner and his sister came back and we then went for dinner, which was really nice :) William was very tired by the end of the day and is now in his bed catching some dreams :)

May i just say, william is amazing. He is soooo easy compared to a lot of babies. We never had much problems with him sleeping through the whole night, introducing him to sleeping in his room alone, teething, etc. He is just such a calm, easy and energetic baby :)

That is all for now mummies and daddies and boys and girl :) Fingers crossed tomorrow will be an exciting day.

Loads of love from me to you <3
